Dr Ana Milivojević work involves the application of various biotechnological methods for the immobilization of enzymes, enzymatic synthesis of bioactive esters, incorporation of bioactive compounds in various cosmetic formulations and investigation of their transdermal diffusion, as well as sustainable valorization of by-products of the agro-industry.
